In the "Downloads" tab, select the file to download. TelegramFXCopier requires a 64 bit system compatible with Microsoft Visual .NET 4.8.1. You can see Microsoft's list of compatible systems here.
Before launching the setup file, ensure that you have uninstalled any previous versions of TelegramFXCopier from your device.
Double-click on the setup file to initiate the installation process. Allow it to install all the necessary components. You also have the option to add a desktop shortcut. Once the installation is complete, it is recommended to restart your PC or VPS (Virtual Private Server) for optimal performance.

Order Entry Settings

When a signal provider sends a market order (BUY/SELL), the user has two options to consider:

Market: This option allows the user to enter the trade instantly at the current market price. There is no need to wait for a specific entry price from the provider.

Provider: If the provider specifies an entry price, and it falls within the specified points range, the trade will be taken as a pending order. In this case, the user will wait for the price to reach the specified level before entering the trade. If the provider sends the entry in a range, the EA will enter at the lowest price in that range.

Additionally, there is an option to ignore orders with no entry price. If the user sets this option to "True" and selects the provider entry option, any signals without an entry price will be disregarded. These signals will not be executed as either market orders or pending orders.

What if I cannot see the EA on Metatrader Terminal(s) or if I Can't Validate My License?

If you have completed the installation process but still cannot see the EA (Expert Advisor) in your MT (Metatrader) terminal, please follow these steps:

Choose MetaTrader Type: Identify your MT type (either MT4 or MT5).
Open the downloaded zip file and navigate to the folders that corresponds to your MT type. The folders will be located at C:\Users(yourcomputername)\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\
Copy Library Files: Copy the files from the "Libraries" folder within the downloaded zip file to the "Libraries" folder in your Metatrader Data folder.

There can be a lot of reasons why a trade doesn't open. Let's start with the simple things.

Autotrading/Algotrading is turned off. Make sure it's turned on.

Markets are closed.
You are trying to take a provider order as a market order. If the market price is on the wrong side of either the SL or the TP, some brokers will reject the order completely. See this article for more info.
Broker requotes/no prices. This happens on market orders during thin or fast moving markets. It usually results in a code 10004, 10014, 10018, or 10021.
The signal contains symbols that do not match the EA's internal symbol map (symbol not found). Remember, forex pairs are mapped internally by the EA unless the format is unusual (like #EURJPY or EUR/JPY for example). Gold, indexes and crypto must be mapped manually, in the EA settings. See here.

Activate License: Complete the activation process for your license inside the user portal.
Launch the Software: Start the TelegramFxCopier software from your desktop.
Enter Phone Number: Provide your phone number in the software. You will receive a 2FA code in Telegram.
Enter Verification Code: Enter the 2FA code from Telegram into the designated DialBox in the app. If you have 2SA layer turned on in Telegram, it will ask you for a password immediately after you enter the 2FA code.
Once you are authenticated with Telegram, it will display your subscribed channels.
