In order for TelegramFXCopier to run properly on your PC, it is essential to have the .NET Framework 4.8.1 installed.  Please be aware that not all versions of Windows Server are compatible with Microsoft Visual .NET 4.8.1.  For a list of compatible systems see <a href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/get-started/system-requirements#compatible-operating-systems" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this link</a>. 

If you do not have it installed, the application will not open. To resolve this, please install the Runtime version of .NET Framework 4.8.1, which can be downloaded from <a href="https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net481" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this link</a>.
